Data controller
Luis Roberto Chávez Camarena, who operates the WAMO Water Movement brand (“WAMO”), located at Acceso Principal Camino al Tezal, Col. El Tezal, C.P. 23454, Cabo San Lucas, Los Cabos, Baja California Sur, Mexico, is responsible for processing your personal data under Mexico’s Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.
Data we collect
When you join the wamo.mx waiting list: your name, email address, WhatsApp number, whether your interest is personal or business, and the site language. We also record the date of your consent and the approximate country you connect from. We do not collect sensitive personal data.
How we use it
Necessary purposes: (1) adding you to the waiting list; (2) letting you know by email or WhatsApp when WAMO is available to you; (3) if you chose “Business”, contacting you to follow up on your commercial interest.
If you leave the box “I agree that WAMO may contact me by email and WhatsApp” checked, we may also write to you about WAMO launches, news and availability. You can uncheck it when signing up or ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
We do not use your data for any other purpose, and we never sell it.
Who we share it with
We do not transfer your data to third parties. It is stored with providers acting on WAMO’s behalf and under its instructions (Cloudflare, for the website and sign-ups; Google, for the follow-up sheet), which does not require your consent under the law.
Your rights and withdrawing consent
You can access, correct or delete your data, object to its use, withdraw your consent or ask to be removed from the list by writing to ventas@watermovement.mx. Include your name, the email or WhatsApp you signed up with, and your request. We will reply within 20 business days.
Retention
We keep your data while the waiting list is active or until you ask us to delete it.
